What do you think is better, considering quality and fees?

1) UCL Residences
2) Student Houses
3) intercollegiate Halls

so far my limited knowledge goes, intercollegiate halls are usually preferred over student houses because of various reasons, few such reasons being the distance factor, interaction with students of all other colleges of uol, and much more "cool n happening" place.
