I'm not sure about the first 2 but I heard that the intercollegiate halls are really good - really clean! Good luck :)

so far my limited knowledge goes, intercollegiate halls are usually preferred over student houses because of various reasons, few such reasons being the distance factor, interaction with students of all other colleges of uol, and much more "cool n happening" place.
