I think University College London might be quite a good choice.

however, i only got 2:2 for my bachelor degree while the entry requirement needs 2:1!

To my knowledge, the top two are Queen Mary and Edinburgh.
Edit: I'm not sure you'll get into either of these with a 2.2 (although do try).

Yes, work experience is taken into account. If you're an international fee paying student that will probably work in your favour also.
But ultimately it's going to be hard getting into a 'Top LLM' with a 2.2, so perhaps it would be better looking more modest choices.

What do you think about KCL for IP law

If you're thinking about London, it's kinnda hard to run away from the UoL colleges (UCL, LSE, KCL, QML). Any other LLM programme there, in my opinion, is a wast of time and money. I don't think your 2:2 is that decisive... you should apply anyway. In my country, the normal undergraduate programme takes 5 years to complete. I know a guy who needed 6 years, beacuse he failed the last one and got into LSE anyway. He had lots of working experience, so that helped him a lot. If you also have such working qualifications, you ought to try. Now, if you end up getting rejections, I suggest you to try other universities outside London. There are many good choices, like Nottingham, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Warwick, Manchester, Bristol, Durham, Birmingham... just to quote some. And I'm sure most of the LLM studends from these universities are also international.

yea, i will try it out anyway, but i just wonder the ranking among UCL, LSE, KCL, QML regarding the LLM program of Intellectual Property Right.
Besides, anybody know whether it is likely to got an offer as intellectual property lawyer in UK after taking LLM program there?

Queen Mary is known (only) for its IP program. You can't go wrong in the other colleges either though.
It'll be difficult to land a job in London if you're a foreigner though, because of the crisis.

Chaps, Queen Mary is the top university for IP according to the practicioners to whom I have spoken. This is also evidenced by the amount of academic activity of the QMIPRI.

The IP programme at Edinburgh is very strong and if you are worried about the student body being international you shouldn't. When I did the LLM I was only about 10 percent of the programme was British. I am now writing my PhD here and the percentage is about the same for natives...one of which I am not. The programme is very agressive and Dr Waelde, the director, is razor-sharp! The taught course is called Innovation and Technology as it provides a very wide range of IP related courses. The associated SCRIPTed Research Centre makes the programme even more interesting by creating a very collaborative and trans-university research/student culture.
If you have questions about the specifices, you should email Dr Waelde: Charlotte.Waelde@ed.ac.uk.
With a 2:2 and work experience in the field, I think you would still have a shot.
Best of luck.
