Really? That's funny, I heard quite the opposite! And Oxford has more courses related to public law than Cambridge...

Anyway, as I said I have a bicephalous profile, corporate law and public law. I don't know if it really helped!

(But I also thought it was the other way around, and Cambridge preferred more corporate law)

Hello everyone, congratulations to those with offers!
I was wondering for those who are still waiting such as myself, did you get an email instead of seeing ur camsis changed? Are the offers made following nationalities? As in..offers to Australian first, then Italians etc.

Again congrats for those with offers, were most conditional?

The status of my application for the LLM program still is "under consideration by the degree committee".

This is why I asked the graduate admissions office for more information when there will be a decision with regard to this application.

The office told me to contact directly the graduate committee. Does anybody know the e-mail adress or phone number of this office?

So I called the Law department and told them that I had been ridirected to them because my status still read 'bla bla degree committee' so then this lady redirected me again to another person in charge of the LLM program or something like that (probably all postgraduate applications within the dept). I gave her my number and she looked it up..it was lucky i think. But give it a try: +44 1223 330033

Hey Colin88, thanks alot for the advice on calling the faculty! I am sorry to hear about your rejection, and I wish you all the best at UCL.

I also gave the law faculty a call and the lady was quite helpful. she told me that my application is still being considered by the degree committee, as to the timeline for decisions, she replied that decisions may be made next week as well.

fyi: have your application number ready not the student number so as to facilitate the checking of your application status.

am I the only one that thinks that the fact that Cambridge doesnt email rejections, not even have the courtesy of taking the time to let them know, somewhat distubring?

I havent received any news, and i wont waste 10 dollars calling over there to find out what my 75 dollar application fee should have paid for: an answer.

I think eventually they would have let me know...in like a week? I dont know, obviously the emails are sent manually one by one.
