struggling with choice of university

hi all, i've been admitted to queen mary for a general llm as well as university of paris 2 for a llm in european law.

i like both programs and could imagine living in both places. this is why i'm stuck and can't decide which one to chose.

i would appreciate any help! thanks

Hi silver!
I am mostly interested in working as a legal consultant at an International corporation. I could imagine working both, in the UK and in other places.

It's difficult to say what would be the better choice without knowing more. If you have a civil law background from France, then QMUL would be great to round off your education in a common law jurisdiction. On the other hand, Paris 2 is the top school in France, isn't it? If you come from a common law background and your French could stand to be improved, then I would suggest Paris 2. Whether you have work experience and in what jurisdictions you have worked should also be taken into consideration. The idea, I would think, is to have the LLM add something to your profile. This is a very context-specific choice, and I think you should weigh your profile as it currently stands into your choice of schools. Good luck!
