Ranking of Exeter

Hello friends.... What is the actual ranking of Exter as it is hard to accept that Good University guide ranked it with 3ed position for 2009,However Guardian's ranking showed it on 14th rank and by far the Complete University Guide ranked it with 25..
I believe that this law school is among top 15 law schools in UK... Any clue?

It is third for "accounting and finance". For "law" it's 23rd.
