Hi
I had 2 query(s) and would appreciate if someone could please try to answer the query(s).
1. Is there any law school and/or University in and around London running a short course 'written and oral advocacy'?
2. Any training provider in London running a course geared towards preparing for the part 2 and part 3 of the QLTS examination i.e.
'Part 2 is a practical examination that will test interviewing and advocacy skills in the context of three areas of practicebusiness, civil and criminal litigation, and property and probate.
# Part 3 is a technical legal skills test that will test the skills of legal research, drafting and writing'.
Query related to the QLTS exams

As fur as I know the qlts school is running a pilot programme for the practical assessments. I think it's a shorten route of 2-3 weeks and very intensive.

Hi
I had 2 query(s) and would appreciate if someone could please try to answer the query(s).

No but you could look into booking onto one of the PSC Courses that trainee solicitors undertake as part of their training.
2. Any training provider in London running a course geared towards preparing for the part 2 and part 3 of the QLTS examination i.e.
Not as yet, it's my understanding that the SRA had a meeting with all the LPC & CPD Providers on the 5 May 2011 to further explain the assessments hence why the first 2 sittings for each exam are on a without prejudice basis.
Finally I presume that given that you are enquiring about the OSCE and TLST this means that you have previously passed the MCT. If so could you please provide any insights to those of us whom are due to sit the MCT?
Many thanks
