Anyone going to Queen Mary? How is the East London area? I know it's not too safe....that's what I hear. I got into QM and U of Westminster. Everyone says go to Queen Mary because it is a better school, but Westminster is so much more central to London and seems to be in a nicer area. Advice anyone?

Hi law chick. I've been at QM for my LLB, and while I admit its not the prettiest of surrounding, its not and less safer than most other parts of London as long as you're not stupid (ie walking alone dark street etc etc)

Fact is though, central is but 2-3 stops away, and QM is MILES better academically.
