I am new here. I am holding the offer from QM LLM Intellectual Property Law and Manchester University the some degree.
My question is that: Which is better?

Manchester: better rank but too many Chinese students,70%?(I am Chinese....),new programme,
QM: Lower ranking(General)? but one of the best IP law programme (Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute (QMIPRI)), better loction--London but higher living fee, easy to get Certificate (I can study The Certificate in IP Law for trainee patent and trade mark attorneys. however after I graduate from Manchester I can study too, only 13 weeks)
