Hi everyone! i got a conditional offer today! i still have to take IELTS test, so i hope to turn it into an unconditional one asap!
Anyway here my doubt: i've applied for both LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law and LLM in International Business Law. The conditional offer is for a 'LLM Full-Time Laws', what does it mean? May i choose between both of LLM i have applied to?How should i enroll in a specific course?
Thanks!!

Congratulations! Was the offer via email or letter? I applied in March and I have not yet heard anything from the admissions office.

@Queen88: first of all congratz.
when the first terms starts there will be a 2/3 week period where you will trial all the modules.
afterwards deciding which modules you'll be taking you will be "appointed" to a specific llm.
there is the possibility of chosing a set of modules which may be applicable to more than 1 specialism
either way you can allways check the year planner: http://www.law.qmul.ac.uk/postgraduate/llm/planner/index.html

Hi Guys
Well I've just applied on 14 May and received a message saying that the application will be considered during 6-8 weeks. Is this really the case? I understand that that is standard notification but what is the general/everage term?

i received my acceptance not. nearly 4 weeks after I send my application.
after reading some older posts regarding this point i believe that the average time is exactly the 6-8 weeks

Hey guys!
I'll be arriving in London around the 17th of september (in order to move into the school accommodation, provided I get a place) but I'll be in the UK about two weeks before that. We should meet up and go for a pint!
I also think we should set up a facebook page or group in order to keep in touch and solve any issues we have while moving in and during the first few weeks... what do you think?

did you receive the email from QMUL?
i didnt understand very well the CAS related queries paragraph.
being a portuguese student, hence equivalent to british, do I also need to receive the CAS letter?

If portugal is in the tier-4 immigration category , which i think it's not...it's best you call up the admissions office...CAS is for visa purposes....

hey guys
they r still considering my application...actually MSc Law/Finance application and the offer re LLM is in my hands
the thing is that LLM application was reviewed 1 week only while MSc is still under consideration (4 weeks)...thats odd
i'd like to apply for a bursary and i really need it (sure not only:) ) but w/o offer its impossible to apply i think. maybe someone heard abt the alternative way or smth? to call the office?
