Hello all, can someone tell me which are the public Universities in England? Are they included in this page?

I am trying to find a Tax LLM but most of the webs I have visited from England Universities are really expensive! (Even when I know that there are some scholarships, I don't feel like relying on them).

Is it a big difference between the public and private education levels?
