Hello everyone! I hope there are some ph.d. candidates in this forum. I want to apply for a ph.d. in the UK but i'm kinda lost with all the information from the internet. Would anyone of you be kind enough to send me a sample of a successful phd proposal in any area of law?

I'm also applying but my Phd is interdisciplinary in nature. It cuts through law, history, philosophy and political science. My advice will be to check the faculty of schools you want to apply to and make sure they have the required academic skills that tally with your interests in law. You will also need to contact the supervisor before applying.

some of the unis say you don't need to contact any potential supervisors. Do you know whether it is best not to follow this?
