Hello, ... Recently I got an unconditional offer of the Pallas Consortium for a one year LLM in European Business Law. In the meantime, I started hesitating a bit, because I realized that the university of Manschester also offers a similar LLM, but for just the half of the fee. Did anybody of you guys went trough one of the two programms? If yes, what was your impression? Is the LLM in European Business and Trade law of the university of Manchester equal in terms of quality to the one of the Pallas Consortium? What would you recommend me to do? Thank you in advance for answering! S.Marco.

the llm in EU law is pretty good in manchester, yet again that will depend on what you're planning to study specifically.
overall there're definitely lots of options within that field in manchester.
where is pallas??? usa?

Thank you for your reply. The Pallas LLM in European Business law is located in Colchester, University of Essex. Apparently, its one of the 10 best LLM's in the World!?
I'm especially interested in specialize myslef in the fields of financial and taxation law, without however abandoning a general approach to european business law. Did yourself go through the LLM European Business and Trade Law in Manchester?

i did international business law in mancs, when prof. mccormack was here teaching law of credit and securities. that was among my main interests.
i also did competition law and that was very good as well.
as for the trade modules they have some good teachings in the area, but i think essex is pretty good as well, if not better.
