Here is the link to the main page of the Oxford student funding services. They update this page (look at the Noticeboard on the lower part of the page), as the decisions are made. If the notice about the scholarship that you applied for appears here, and you were not contacted by e-mail or some other way before that, it means that you did not get it. This is the way they keep the unsuccessful candidates notified. I have no clue regarding the Faculty of Law scholarships, just thought this might be useful.

I understand the frustration. I emailed the faculty last week, and received no response until today, when I was informed that I was selected for the Fountain Court Chambers Scholarship.

Thank you. It is indeed a big relief. Being a US student, I had federal loans available, but I naturally preferred to take out as little as possible. I withdrew from Cambridge, and I missed the deadline for my college's scholarships, so I don't have any news on those fronts. I consider myself very lucky to have been in a position where I could break the news.
