Anyone who applied to the MSc Criminology heard back yet? Would it be safe to assume there will be no decisions over the weekend?

I doubt there will be any movement over the weekend. Most likely it will resume Monday.

No idea because I'm not working for the admissions team, but yeah, I would expect the decisions to be released fairly soon (maybe Friday next week)

Now wanted to study abroad, but pretty sure wont have chance against somebody who’s doing his doctorate ;-)

Don't know. Kind of feel like I messed up my personal statement. I also realised just yesterday that the essays are to be much more analytical. So now I am feeling somewhat uneasy. ... maybe we all get in.

Let’s see. I think you have a very decent chance as a doctorate candidate. There are always flaws. Reading the thread from last year, it seems that it is mostly luck and academic excellence. You definitely fulfill the last criterion.

At the end of the day, all of us need a little luck.
After all you cannot know for certain until the letter comes

The way I understood is was that they wanted to see how you argue. Analytical meaning you examine something, critique it, argue pro/contra and then give your opinion as compared to desscribing the area of law.
But tbf you might have as good as an idea as I do

Ah yes I understand, what did you do instead? I think you will still be fine.

Oh no, that is what I did. I was not the one who talked about it earlier. I was pretty happy with the work.

anyone heard from MSc Criminology?

Should we expect MLF decisions by this Friday? From what I gathered from last year’s thread, MLF offers dropped on the second Friday of March. This could mean that decisions are due soon…
