Opinion on SOAS LLM & London LLM in General

Hello all,

I have just received an offer for an LLM in SOAS. I am interested in international law, but am unsure if I would choose to specialize in public intl. law or intl. commerce.

What do people think about this program in general? Furthermore, will an LLM degree from this institution make a graduate an attractive candidate for employment at international organizations and multinational law firms? Do multinational firms recruit graduates from these schools? I am coming from the U.S. jurisdiction.

that would somewhat depend on whether or not you have a JD degree from the States already?
Generally speaking, SOAS is a well recognized name all over the world, so that would make you more attractive as a candidate.
