just a little update on our informal Pub night which will take place on Sunday 24 September.

1. All Mjur and BCL students are invited.
2. We will meet at King's Pub at 7.30 pm. The Pub is located right next to Trinity college. You can't miss it.
3. Please invite all folks you know who are reading for the Mjur/BCL and are not active participants on this board.

I am looking forward to meeting you all and wish you all the best for your trip to Oxford.

Excellent. Thank you for organising this. I think the pub's full name is the "King's Arms", and is on the corner of Parks Road and Hollywell Street. I went there yesterday afternoon (purely for research purposes, of course) and can confirm that English beer is not as bad as I had feared!!! Look forward to meeting you all on Sunday evening.
