The Law School at the University of Reading is offering up to two fees-only scholarships to applicants for full-time study in any of the following programmes:
M Res (Law & Society);
MA Res (Legal History);
M Res (Law).
The scholarships will cover fees at the rate for UK/EU students. The eligibility requirements mean that (basically) you have to be a UK or EU citizen or permanent resident. Full details are on the Reading Law School pages: http://www.reading.ac.uk/law/pg-news/News_Events_and_Opportunities.asp.
The M Res programmes are similar to LLM programmes but are more research-oriented. The School also has LLM programmes in International Law & World Order, European Union Law, and Advanced Legal Studies. These two scholarships are only for the M Res programmes, but there will be some research assistant and similar positions for postrgads and these will be open to postgrads on all programmes. More info will go on the web soon.
