since the graduate admissions offices are somewhat hard to contact: One of my referees has problems to submit the reference online. He says that the system would not find my name. Has anyone been reported the same problem and any hints how to solve it?

They can send in the references in paper if they'd like. For LSE, just print off the reference form, have your referees sign them and seal it off with their signature on the seal and send it out to LSE. Oxford, as far as I remember, there's no reference form to be signed...

Beicon, in LSE my referees only need to complete the reference form and sign it? Do I need them to attach a letter too as in Oxford?

Can I send the reference forms by post even if I am applying online I ?
