It really depends on how you define "popular". I recommend you to search further about those law schools and you may suit your passion and needs first before choosing your Master of Laws degree.

I will not recommend you to pursue LLM in Government Law at QMUL, or in another case, if you intend to specialize in Taxation Law, Oxford may be the perfect choice for you.
