I haven't scored well in my LLB i.e 66.9% and I don't want to waste my money on applications if there is no chance of getting admitted.
Please be so kind and advice me if I should try my luck here.

Heard about people who had 65% and still got in. If you trust your credentials apply. Good luck :)

Also, it's not always about just your undergraduate performance. They'll look at your complete profile, including for instance:
- letters of recommendations
- IELTS score
- any publications you've produced
- internships / work experience / etc.
