LSE Applications 2022-2023

hehehe

Hi, I received an offer yesterday! One question though, I seem to have made a stupid error while filling the form initially and now all communications from the university are addressed to me as Ms. Firstname Firstname Surname. I think I may have entered my first name twice, once as first name and once as given name. I've been trying to figure out how I can have this corrected and am unable to send in a query. Any suggestions?

I am in the same position as you! Did you find a way to fix it?

Yes, I booked a zoom call with the graduate admissions office. The lady I spoke to said it's a common issue and spent all of maybe 60 seconds modifying the application from her end and just like that, it was fixed.

Thanks so much, that's very helpful

Does anyone know, generally, how long it takes for an application decision to be made? I'm an international student, received my LSE ID on December 16, but there's no change to my status on the portal yet. Getting super anxious now!

My transcripts just dropped today (hoping this is good news like everyone is suggesting). I am an international student and received my LSE ID on December 14th.

My LFY reads "Transcript: Copy Received" and this appears below first and second reference. Is this a transcript drop?

That is what happened to mine, and I understood it to be a "transcript drop"

Any movement for people who got their ID's late December or early January?

I received my ID on January 4 and my Documentation is still in its usual order (no Transcripts drop).

Also, all of my Documentation is still marked with "Document received but not yet verified". Is this usual? Will or should it change before a potential Transcripts drop?

Same here, I received my id on January 6 and nothing has changed since then.

We've seen little movement the last days. Anyone got updates (a transcript drop or a decision)?

Checked the status page today (07/02) and found my transcript has not only dropped but also become a single "transcript" entry - earlier there were two entries for each of my degrees. This is exactly one month since I got the application ID (07/01). Hoping for the best, I don't know if anyone has gotten waitlisted or rejected after this stage.

Thank you for the update! I hope this turns into an admittance for you. Chances are high!
