Has anyone applied to LSE so far?
Do they really take until January for the decisions on the applications? On their website it says they use the rolling admission system. :-/

Hello!
I was JUST wondering the same thing. When is the LSE Deadline for the LLM for 2013 2014? I cannot seem to find it anywhere!

I have applied to LSE as well. Still awaiting the fourth e-mail :-)

Hey everyone,
I have also applied to LSE and got my 4th mail yesterday. Would be good to hear form them soon as my offer deadlines are running up. Has anyone got an answer so far?

Hi Sven, may I ask you when did you submit your application?

I submitted it on the 15th of October but it was completed on the 24th (references were missing). So I hope that there will be a decision within November otherwise I will have to accept KCL or QMUL.

Sven, I am in the same situation and awaiting replies from LSE and UCL. Besides that I have an uncondtional offer from QMUL and the conditional offer from KCL (see my post re TOEFL). The deadline fro QMUL will run up next week. However, the admin office of QMUL has told me that the deadline is not that serious and I can acceptthe offer even in Spring 2013. I am not quite sure about this answer and most likely I will accept the offers. Unless you have paid any fees, you still can decline (upon good cause).

Hello everyone, I completed my application 2 days ago, so I am waiting for the fourth e-mail, they say that in 10 working days i will receive it. I am not sure if I should hold sending my applications to UCL and KCL until LSE's advances... does anyone has a clue if Iwe can expect answers before December?

Hey everyone,
I haven't applied to LSE yet, I have a slight problem with references, my preferred referee is too busy till the end of this month. Can I start applying and send in references by December?
When is the UCL deadline? I thought the website said April?

I assume they all have rolling admission, which is why deadlines aren't always that serious. For LSE I think you shouldn't wait until mid January, but beginning of December should be ok?!
@Sven and ITR2744: I am in a similar situation, got a conditional offer at QMUL, so I didn't even apply to UCL and KCL (as QMUL and LSE were my first choices). I am still awaiting my 4th e-mail from LSE, but already accepted the offer at QMUL. You can still withdraw your acceptance if you get an offer from LSE, as the tuition invoices at QMUL might not be send before Sumer 2013!
Good luck for everyone! I hope LSE won't keep us waiting too long :-/

Hey IP
I have also accepted QMUL's offer on Friday. Unless I get an offer from LSE I will definitely attend QMUL in September 2013.
I'm looking forward to meeting you all 2013 in Lundin...
Regards from Zurich

Hi there I just applied to LSE this week. Any other Canadians applying?
Also, I'm wondering from either current applicants or current LSE students what the standard of admission seems to be? (In terms of getting offer or being wait-listed/ rejection after the 8 week waiting period).
Thanks!

Applied about two weeks ago.
Just got confirmation that my second referee submitted his letter of recommendation.
I'll keep you updated.

Yep, got my confirmation today as well. There was a problem with my second reference, but now they finally submitted my application to the department. Yay!
Good luck everyone on your applications! The big waiting begins now.

Hey all,
seems to be long time waiting. My application is under consideration in the departement for about one week and the tracker status does not change. Seems to me as if we have to wait till January.

Thats why I will stop checking for the next 5-6weeks as soon as I submitted the Financial Support Application. Seems like nothing is going to happen within that time.
