Incidentally, what is the standard length of contracts they offer to postgraduates? Is it for the whole year or less?

I got a 51 week tenancy agreement with Unite (i.e., whole year), but they've got other less lengthy options... around forty and something weeks... but the weekly rent is slightly higher in those cases.

Hello! I just got an offer for the Sidney Webb house, which wa my first choice. My only concern is that tha conditions say that you are allowed to only one overnight visitor, which is clearly a problem since I would like my parents to visit me at some time. Do you know if there is a strict condition or if students can host more than one visitors? thank you in advance!
