Dear Readers,
I recently applied for credits from Australia LPAB for cross credits against their Law Diploma. I have a UK LLM but no LLB as yet.
RESULT: OZ LPAB gave NO credits for my LLM for their Diploma in Law and informed me some weeks AFTER I had paid 300 dollars for the assessment that I cannot do the Diploma in Law as I'm not living in Australia and refused to refund my 300 dollars! Obviously had this information been available to me I would not have paid for the assessment.
I'm commencing GradDip(Law) from UK instead and would like to hear if anyone has tried to cross credit UK GDLaw to Australia DipLaw(LPAB) and how much credit you were given. I intend to study the BVC UK also and would like to hear if anyone has tried to cross credit that to Australia also.
LPAB advisors are invited to comment with full and helpful answers.
