Why should you be surprised at all? You are notoriously known by every level headed contributor on this educative forum of dissuading foreign nationals from studying in the UK for the reasons best known to you.

Surprisingly; whenever I ask you to calm down your rants at foreign students, the usual chorus voice I get from your comrades is " no names calling".
Where do you stand now? I don't want to give you any name at this present time but I will leave the reasonable ones to judge you on the basis of your previous posts. Double standard!

Wrong assumption. But have respect for every human being regardless of their nationalities and stop thinking like Flori and his followers.What makes you different from an Indian? Heinz- I hope you are not defending indefensible. Are u? Before you can conclude that Flori's commnets are "well-founded" as claimed in your post, have the guts to trace his sacarstic threads since 19/02/2007 regarding foreign lawyers and other prospective students with potentials to pursue their studies in the UK.Until you have done this basic home work followed by good reasoning, I will ask you to stop arguing blindly and join me to to put that guy into perspective. I have no personal vendetta against Flori but strongly dislike his hyprocrisies and sacarsms.

Y.K. Thomas - I understand your point. I have done my "homework" and looked through flori's past threads. Still, I couldn't find any anti-foreign posts by flori. Instead, I found posts encouraging foreign students to go for an LLM:

i think the British government should recover and refund full fees with interest to all the affected students. if a universty or institute does not have potential or have fallen in its standerds, it should not be allowed to operate merely to earn funds at the interest and at the cost of students.

Other objective and reasonable users of this forum will recall Flori's distasteful comments since 19/02/2007 which I always condemn. There should be no dithering on that. Hypocrisy, sacarsms, bigotry etc have no plcae to flourish in the modern world. I rest my case and wish everyone great day at work

Since I joined this forum I have never found anyone more helpful than Flori. You can check my posts... but more important: since a lot of time she and I have been maintaining a large correspondance through P.M and she has always assisted me with ANY doubt,....frankly, I cannot complain about her

I wish I could rest my case as I initially said.But I wonder why people are blind folded and keep on saying hossana to Flori's venoms. Whether he , she or it, they guy is very crafty and has no respect for foreign lawyers. I am not surprised to see people jumping in to defend him/her claiming to be a German national sometimes. Track his/her posts since he/she became a registrant member of this noble site! I am prepared to avoid my anonymity and show my real nationality/name and face that guy squarely. He/she is a typical hypocrite and has been making mockery of people who try to seek genuine help/assistance via this forum. He can hide in front of his screen by using various names but will be brought to justice one day

Sorry I had all my education in the UK from good Universities. You are funny indeed and stop thinking like a toddler.
However, if someone had their studies from other jurisdictions, please don't classify them as 2nd class or sub-standard professionals. It is clearly evidenced from your posts that you don't have respect for foreigners. You are a sheer disgarce and let me point it out clear to you that your role model- Flori is not a German national. You and others who think like Flori must change. I have been following his posts/comments since 2007 and think I should warn him to desist from such unacceptable conduct. I pray that he reforms and God will forgive him. Once again, I did not obtain my law degrees from Africa nor bogus Universities as you and Flori presume. I was not lectured by half baked -professors. I was privileged to be taught by leading professionals and academics whose works are referenced in Courts and lecture rooms. I am just appaled at the despicable manner you guys rate foreigners.
