Can anyone tell me when is the general deadline for applying for an LLM in the major UK/Irish universities for 2007? Is it pre or post Christmas. Thanks

Deadline for cambridge is 1dec and similarly for oxford, lse is in 2007. and i dont know about the rest.

I applied very late to UCL but my advice would be to apply by the end of January to all other programmes. The earlier you apply - the more chance you have of gaining a place.

UCL received my application on October 16th and today they have confirmed by letter that I should have an answer (positive, I hope) around November 20th.

Actually, the Oxford deadline is 20th Juanuary 2007 for the BCL starting in September 2007. Its what is called the 3rd gathered field. I should know, coz i missed the Cam, Yale and harv deadlines and thus was only left with Ox this year. Luckily for me i got in!
