LLM UCL / KCL / LSE / QMUL 2019-20

I applied to KCL and UCL some days ago, do you think that I have any chances to receive an offer as a late applicant?

Anyone could help me with this question please? Thanks in advance.

I think this question has yet to be answered because I do not think anyone in this forum could answer with any certainty. Based on my personal conjecture alone, I think that your chances are diminished, but that is not to say they are completely gone. It is possible you could be put on a wait list for UCL, if they determine your application to be of sufficient merit but they no longer have any available space to offer you a place. I think the main problem you could run into is that all available spaces have already been offered to others. However, there is always still a chance, so do not lose all hope.

I agree with this! Also based on your comments on the forum I see you have been admitted by some top US institutions so your credentials clearly make you a competitive candidate , the timing just MIGHT not be in your favour. I wish you the best of luck with your UK applications

In the same boat. Even I applied around that time but haven't received a response yet. The weird part is that I tried to call them yesterday and no one even attended my call.

Of course not! Please find below:

Dear Thaís,

Your application for admission to the Master of Laws (M3U1), has now been considered.

I regret to inform you that you have not been successful.

Whilst it is not the policy of the School to give specific reasons for decisions, we offer the following to clarify matters. Decisions are contingent upon the availability of places, there are simply not enough places to give an offer to everybody with a first, upper second or equivalent. Many applicants, most of whom are extremely well qualified, are inevitably disappointed. Departments are looking for excellent references, a focussed personal statement and in some cases relevant work experience and good test results.

The decision of the Graduate School, however, is final. We are not able to enter into further correspondence about the decision.

Hey,
received an offer (a few weeks ago) from LSE. Some German applicants here? And do you know how many people are accepted at LSE?

The status of the documents in my KCL application has recently changed from "received" to "document is ok". Considering that, does anyone know how more time i would have to wait to receive a response?

Hello guys!

I have just received an unconditional offer from UCL.
My application was completed on the 15th of February.
So, for all late applicants it seems that there is still hope!
I'm still waiting for Kings and LSE.
Good luck everyone
