I applied to KCL and UCL some days ago, do you think that I have any chances to receive an offer as a late applicant?

I think this question has yet to be answered because I do not think anyone in this forum could answer with any certainty. Based on my personal conjecture alone, I think that your chances are diminished, but that is not to say they are completely gone. It is possible you could be put on a wait list for UCL, if they determine your application to be of sufficient merit but they no longer have any available space to offer you a place. I think the main problem you could run into is that all available spaces have already been offered to others. However, there is always still a chance, so do not lose all hope.

I agree with this! Also based on your comments on the forum I see you have been admitted by some top US institutions so your credentials clearly make you a competitive candidate , the timing just MIGHT not be in your favour. I wish you the best of luck with your UK applications

In the same boat. Even I applied around that time but haven't received a response yet. The weird part is that I tried to call them yesterday and no one even attended my call.

Decisions are contingent upon the availability of places, there are simply not enough places to give an offer to everybody with a first, upper second or equivalent. Many applicants, most of whom are extremely well qualified, are inevitably disappointed. Departments are looking for excellent references, a focussed personal statement and in some cases relevant work experience and good test results.

Hello guys!

I have just received an unconditional offer from UCL.
My application was completed on the 15th of February.
So, for all late applicants it seems that there is still hope!
I'm still waiting for Kings and LSE.
