The other Scottish unis (U. of Strathclyde and Edinburgh for sure, and I also think Aberdeen) have January/February intakes too.

I think no matter when you start, the LL.M. will always take a year (if you do it full-time that is). So starting in January 2007 you should graduate in January 2008.
