But I think there's one question that has not been answered yet. Are the fee-rates for international students higher than the rates for UK-students?

The fees are higher for international students than those who are classified as local or EU students. As far as I am aware, those resident in the EU pay the same as local students.

To add to what Joseph said fees for LLM in the UK would generally be in the range of £ 2800 - 4700 for UK and/ or EU students and around £ 7500 - 12000 for International/ Overseas students. Needless to say it depends on the particular Uni but would usually fall under the range mentioned above for all reputed Unis. And yes, fees for UK and EU students are the same for most (if not all) Unis. Hope this helps.
