Mine is still on 'Submitted - Your application has been submitted.' My last name begins with W, so perhaps they're still working through alphabetically. Anyone else in same position?

Today I received an email inviting me to apply for the Rowan Williams Studentship, if I receive or have received a conditional offer. Does this mean anything or it's simply standard practice?

I received the same email. I do not think that is indicative of a positive evaluation. It probably is the case that they will let you know if you are elegible for any scholarship, regardless of your actual chancws to get accepted.

True. But the deadline, as per the mail, for the said scholarship, is 31 January 2020. So I am not sure what's exactly happening. Does this mean that the results would be out by then?
