Hi alls,
I've applied for LLM at Kent (LLM at International Commercial Law); Newcastle (LLM at International commercial law); Reading (LLM at International Financial Regulation); and Leeds (LLM banking and finance law);
And I've received received offers from Newcastle and Reading.
I've searched here but I don't find much information about these schools, so I really confuse and don't know which law school should I go for LLM among these 4. Therefore I wrote this topic to ask for your opinions.
Please give me your opinions about these schools, which one should I chose; and which one, between Newcastle and Reading, is better (in case that I do not receive offers from Kent and Leeds).
I'm looking for your responds.
regards,
LLM at Kent/Reading/Newcastle or Leeds?

Reading is good their Finance Programmes ( Business ) but for LL.M, I think Newcastle and Leeds are far higher reputation than it. Kent performed very well for its RAE 2008 ( one of the reason I chose Kent ) and there are some alumnus who are Prof in my country.
New = Leeds > Kent depend what type of city do you like
Newcastle is a big metro and Jordie accent is the point.
Leeds is an average size city but there is everything you want there.
Kent is a small place and too much green for me but its located near London.
Sorry for my broken English

Thx wildstocks for the information.
Jordie accent is really a problem to me. I'm considering it :)

I go to Kent as an Undergrad, it's quite good! Obviously things will be different for you as an LLM student. But anyway it's got amazing research facilities, really good support and there's also the law clinic which allows us to get hands on with cases.
It's a nice law school - they do help us out a lot... let me know if you have any direct questions.
