guys I have another question as well. After nearly two weeks my status have been updated at Kings College Portal... it now says 'received and being processed'. I know this might sound stupid to ask, but I will ask it anyways because I am clueless at the moment. what does change in status means??

It means:
1. Your application has been received
2. Your application is being processed
Thats so kind of you. I meant to find out the reason behind them taking so realize to realize this. Anyways, you have provided me with enough clarification :)

They might have had a backlog, or maybe just took a while to administer. I very much doubt it means anything about your substantive application.
i guess this might be the explanation.

Hello all on this Thread!
I'm new to it hence I do apologize for any repetition of questions that have previously been answered. Lots to read! CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who's got condition and unconditional offers!! And to everyone waiting, Good luck!!
I graduated from Durham law (international student) with a 2:1 and (FOOLISHLY) undertook the LPC. Got my last exam for them in 5 days, and now here I am considering putting in LLM apps *sheepish grin*
ANY advice on personal statements would be oh so very appreciated. I have never any idea on what to really do there :S
xx

I laid mine out as follows:
Brief personal introduction
Why I chose law as a career
My accomplishments during my undergrad and career
Why I want to study at
My areas of interest (ie. what subjects I like)
My career plans after I graduate

Dear All,
I have applied to QMUL for LLM in Commercial & Corporate Law on 1 Feb 2016. I haven't received any offer as yet. Currently, I am working on my scholarship application for LLM at QMUL, but I am really confused with "What do you want to study LLM at QMUL?" question. Could you please help me out in this. What distinguishes QMUL's LLM program from the rest of the lot academic wise?
Would be grateful for your suggestions.

Hi guys
I completed my UCL LLM online form on 17th Dec and since then I have not heard anything from them. I know that there were Christmas and New Year's holidays between then and now but the duration is nearing three months and I have run out of patience.
I don't know what to expect and where to go forward. I think i should expect a rejection now.

Hi, don't be discouraged about your UCL's app. If it helps, I sent mine on Dec 21st. Last week I wrote them and they said the outcome should be available by the end of this week. Probably the same for you.
Regards!

Those who had offers from UCL and LSE, how did you hear back first? Was it email or website update?
I did not apply to UCL, but for LSE I saw it on the website first, I received the email 2 days later ... Haha so it is a good idea to check the website once in a while :)

Hi, i have conditional offer from KCL. My offer states that I have been classified as EU for fee purposes and that I am eligible for paying the EU rate. Do you know what happens if UK leave the EU prior to my enrollment (considering they have EU referendum in June)? I am afraid of situation where I accept the offer, pay the deposit and reject other schools and then end up with obligation to pay overseas fee (which i cannot afford).

My UCL application went from 'currently being assessed' to 'currently being processed by admissions'. It took them nearly three months for this... Does anyone know what this means??? I mean the change in the app status ??
