The truth is KCL, UCL and the LSE are equally good for law. After it all depends on your focus and the professors you want to study with.

exactly what I have gotten wrong that I claim to know? please enlighten me as the only think I have claimed to know is the LSE ranking I referred Llison to, but by all means defy the ranking, though I doubt I am the right person to discuss it with.
Llisbon, you referred to your self as a commoner, I merely agreed. Perhaps some lessons in selfesteem are offered at King's? You amuse me; again your lack of relevance is again present. Please enlighten me, did I apply to LSE?

cann: well you applied, got rejected due to all the spelling mistakes you constantly make and now hold an baseless bitterness towards LSE...
Posted Mar 11, 2009 08:48
There is no bitterness, simply fact, a fact you did not agree with just because you did not; I kindly asked you to prove me wrong but you could not. Use a dictionary, that is not bitterness, more so superiority.
So there are spelling mistakes now? Let me refer you back to your earlier post when you said there were none. However, I can totally see how that indicates an application to LSE on my behalf, I admire your logic, it is beyond any realiy I have ever experienced.

do you always feel the need to express/justify yourself in such a lenghty manner?
Posted Mar 11, 2009 08:56
if the object of my comment has previously struggled to graps brief and basic comments then yes.
Posted Mar 11, 2009 09:08
hehe i see you're improving...
Posted Mar 11, 2009 09:34
Cann,
You said you comment on matters you know. Accordingly if you comment on LSE, and state it has a Law School as opposed to a Law Department, that translates into getting the basics wrong. This makes you appear ignorant (as I have expressed in a curt manner before).
Apparantly, youre the one who displays the incapability of grasping brief comments.

yes, cannot waste my efforts on someone who is incapable of firstly accepting someone elses opinion, secondly, prove their own and finally, argue for the sake of argue.
Oh I see Tinkerbell, let me draw you an analogy, if you comment on Italian food, on a particular dish you know, does that mean you consequently have to know all Italian dishes or you are not worthy to comment?
Get over your self, I have never defied the fact that you are right in regards to whether there is a law school or department at LSE, so please, if you wish to contiue, drop the subject and tell me something constructive.

i see you're back to your usual 2,500 words essays.
btw, and on behalf of Tinkerbell, I think we got a taste of all your dishes...and they taste the same...

as much as I admire your wittiness it is like everything else about you - irrelevant and boring.
Posted Mar 11, 2009 21:40
thank you for the wittiness compliment...As of the boring part, I hope to prove you wrong if we meet at KCL.
Posted Mar 11, 2009 21:49
I am convinced you would
Posted Mar 11, 2009 21:55
i propose a ceasefire. ... :)
Posted Mar 11, 2009 22:00

Posted Mar 11, 2009 22:04

I am waiting to hear back from Cambridge, yet KCL feels like a better choice, course and location wise. What modules are you interested in?
Posted Mar 12, 2009 06:00
Mostly finance courses with tennekon. I might take the commercial banking module with hooley as well. I heard both of them are among the best. What about you?

Cann,
Kings is no doubt a great school I studied there during my undergrad years (and subsequently at the LSE where I did a Msc in IR) My only recommendation to you would be that you do not make any analogies while you're there! :)
I am happy you get along with Llisbon now, we were only having some fun with you...no hard feelings...
Cann, I wish you the best of luck during your studies...Should you have any queries regarding accomodation pls. feel free to ask...
