Hi,
I wonder if anyone has already decided where to study IP law in London?
Until now, I was offered a place at QM and UCL. It is said that QM is slightly better in IP matters but UCL has better reputation.
I haven't decided yet so I appreciate any comments...

Ciao Giulia, according to my opinion QMUL is really good for Intellectual Property, probably better than UCL. Anyway you could choose UCL for its reputation and at the same time follow one or two courses at QMUL, since you are allowed to do so.
Consider also the fact that your LLM will always come from University of London...

hey,
i will also be focusing on IP law for my LLM in london (trademarks and copyrights mainly). I have offers from KCL and QMUL. I'm still waiting for a reply from UCL, but they have a limited range of IP modules, so i'm not really keen on going there.
I am leaning towards KCL at the moment- they seem to have as good credentials as QMUL for IP. To me, the only thing going against QMUL is the area it is located in, and the fact that some friends have said the student atmosphere in KCL is better. People also seem to recognize KCL as a better school than QMUL as well... purely subjective of course, and this may just be the case because KCL is a bigger institution.
