It depends where you plan to work afterwords (law firm, in house, in the academia, etc).

Anyway, generally speaking Queen Mary is definitely an excellent choice, because of the professors who teach there, the reputation it has and the network it is in.

As for the other uni, I don't have much info, sorry.
