Hi

To reply to your questions -

1. To become a barrister in the UK you need to take the BVC (Bar Vocational Course)

2. It is offered at various law schools (not universities) in England, including College of Law, BPP, Inns of Court School of Law

3. I have no idea - you'll have to do research into that! I think for the bar Inns of Court has a very good reputation, but all of the ones I listed above are excellent.

I don't know the answers to any of the others - I'm English so I haven't had to take TOEFL or anything like that. An LLM from the UK will not qualify you to be a barrister - you need the BVC.
