Hello there,
I've been accepted in 2 programmes:
MA in Human Rights Law at SOAS, University of London
and LLM in International human rights and humanitarian law at the University of Essex.
I've been struggling for so much time now to decide which one to attend than I decided to ask for some advice here.
Could anybody give me some advice, information, about these 2 programmes (which course to attend, teachers, etc.) so I will be able to take my decision?
Thank you very much in advance !
Claire

Both of them are excellent Universities to undertake the masters surrounding Human Rights.
I would personally go for SOAS as the modules are diverse and you can specialise in areas that not other universities can offer, like Law of the middle east as your outside option.

I've been struggling to decide whether to go for the LLM in Human Rights, Conflict and Justice at SOAS or the LLM in International Human Rights Law at Essex. Would anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hey everyone,
I am assuming all of you would have made a choice between SOAS and Essex. Which one do you recommend and why?
Thanks

Hi there, I am struggling with the same question and would love to know what everyone chose, their reasoning for the choice, and how it has turned out for them. This would be enormously helpful to me.
