"Home" tuition fees for an Aussie

capa

Hello everyone,
I'm a law student from Melbourne, Australia. I plan to graduate next year and would love to undertake a masters in Britain. I have seen "home fee's" classified as HEU and applying also to nationals of EU countries.

If anyone knows, if I have Italian citizenship but have never resided there, am I an EU national for these purposes?

Thanks very much for any clarification.

Why not? If you are Italian, you are an EU citizen. I would not address the issue that you never resided in the EU and just give it a try!

Citizenship is not enough. You must also have lived in the EU for the three years immediately prior to the course commencement date.

Ok! This should probably be explained in the prospectus or on the website.

Hi,
I am myself an Italian but have been living in the past three years in the USA. I did not qualify for paying Home fees. I am paying international fees.
Hope this helps.
