Matriculation is the process whereby a student or potential student must provide the University with evidence that they are suitably qualified to undertake the scheme of study for which they have or wish to register. It is not the same as registering. Many potential students matriculate in the University but do not then choose to follow a scheme of study i.e. they do not in the event actually register. This is an eleigibility certificate check......if a student is coming from a another uni...their elegibility will be checked....but in this college.....so many students are not matriculated.....i dont know the reason for that......if a student is not elegible for admission , its the duty of the college to inform them about their denial of elegibility......but i feel some conspiracy..... they dont inform the student about the denial....and fail them......so at end...the college will get full fees and the student will think they are failed due to genuine reasons......i think entire college is running on a big money making conspiracy by an American Corporate known as Kaplan International.....Educational wing of the Washigton Post Newspaper of USA.

go through the chart carefully..... it may be bit difficult to understand......but dont worry....just read the part "awards obtained by Academic Year"......that is the real results.......it is like this ....number of people obtained degree and pass percentage.....

It is amazingly 1% and 2% etc......great fun right.....go through it....the college will try to put the blame on students........its not true.....reality is the 'college is a "cheat"'..........drinking the blood of innocent students........the college is managed by a group of vampires......from United States....this college is under the management of "Washington Post" Paper....the so called paper fighting for justice......think what they are doing here......just making money....not even bothered to provide facilities........kicking the students out.....of the college by taking the whole money they have......

The Differnce between Registered and Matriculated Students:

So the number of registered students:243 and total matriculated:201 in the year....06/07....the difference is 42....the fees is increased now....it was 7500 pounds for MBA.....7500*42= 315000.....so by cheating the students .....they just made three lakh pounds......

detailed info below...
05/06: 193-121=72*7500=540000 pounds

06/07: 243-201=42*7500=315000 pounds

07/08: 281-184=97*7500=727500 pounds

All together....they made nearly 1582500 pounds in three years......now multiply it with indian rupee.......1 pound=aprox....70 INR....

1582500*70=110775000 Indian Rupees..

they just made by cheating students......then what about.....resit exam fees+other fees......so much money.....think about this huge money...which is spoiled....without any purpose......they just fail more and more students and make more money....story continues.......

What about UK Government...they are not doing anything....because see the money from the college...a part of which will be paid as a tax....they dont care about the future of international students.....but they do care about the future of British citizens.....thats the only reason.....the colleges like Holborn College is flourishing year by year.....


Therefore, students please dont be a part of this college anymore....i am requesting all of you with solid proof and evidences...even after... if you dont believe me.....its upto you people.....who are spending money.....its ur money....hard earned money.....spend it wisely......i am writing these reviews for future students.....when i wanted to join the college......there was no review about this college....in internet....now atleast people can read my review and take a better decision.....by posting this review about Holborn COllege....if i can save the life of atleast one innocent student.....i am thankful to GOD......and more happier than anybody.....

The Difference between Matriculated Students and MBA Awarded Students( This includes PG Certificate and PG Diploma):

Year 05/06:

Number of Students who obtained MBA(By adding all awards): 45
The Difference is :76 (These students left the college without any qualification after paying full fees, otherwise the college wont matriculate them)

The Fees: 7500*76=570000 pounds (This much money they earned without doing their duty as an educational institution)

Year:06/07
Number of Matriculated Students: 201
Number of students obtained MBA or other qualification: 26
The difference is :175 (These many students came to UK to get cheated....think about their lost hopes and tears)

And just look at the huge difference between the passed students and matriculated students. This college with so pathetic results....are running only on the basis of successful marketing techniques and commission based educational consultants.

If we consider, the registered Number and MBA awardees the difference will be too huge....i dont know on what basis the University of Wales is still validating the courses of this college. If they loose tie-up with one university next moment they will start another contract with another University. This happened in 2001-2002, Holborn College lost its tie-up with University of Wolverhampton, because low performance from the college and now they have tie-up with University of Wales.

Fees Lost Students Money with 'crushed hopes'

Thirty lakh pound is pumped to the college without any use...these hard earned money is grabbed from
international students in the name of "so-called" popular british education. The students are failed and left to their respective countries with tears or some of them are working in britain as "new age bonded labourers" and working hard to get the money back. Think everything has been done legally....by using the loop holes in the University Rules etc....Major part of this money is taken as educational loans and think about repayments and interest rates from banks, they wont reduce the repayment rates for a failed students.This college is failing students and making money....dont let these beasts function anymore.
