I have conditional offers from certain unis like LSE. LSE wants the english requirement test score card to be sent directly to them. However, the test provider in my country will not be able to do that. what do i do ?

Just one thing, are you taking the IELTS or the TOEFL? Because I dont think any IELTS centres send out results directly to universities might be wrong though. Either way, have you tried ringing them up and explaining the situation? If your test centre simply wont do it, Im sure if you let them know theyll work something out for you.

Agreed. You're not the first person to encounter this problem, I am sure. Contact LSE directly. It's likely not a big deal.

In my city the Ielts is organized by the British Council and when I registered they offered me the option to send my result directly to any institution, so it is possible, at least in some centres. You also have the option to ask for another report form, so you can send an original to LSE. In any case I think you should call LSE I tell them your case.
