hi,i have a bachelor degree in law with a gpa of 2.78 from uganda makerere which is a pass degree.am interested in an LLM in humanrights,can any university in the uk admit me.if so which one?

im not completely sure,,i was trying to do a little research in order t help you but since im not that sure i better not say something dumb and mislead you
