Nope, in my humble opinion. Good choices in London would be LSE, UCL, King's and Queen Mary. In the UK, you can include Cambridge, Oxford, Nottingham, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Maybe also Warwick and Dundee... but that's about it.
