HI!
I´ve been accepted for the LLM programme of the University of Edinburgh and also for the Masters programme in International Business Law in Leiden. I have to make a decision very soon and I am still having doubts to which university I should go. If there is someone with any kind of info that could help me, please do so.

Both are very old and highly prestigious universities. Your choice of any one of them cannot be wrong. Though I have never been to Leiden, I greatly appreciate its longstanding interest in Southeast Asia -- the region to which I belong.
Given my familiarity with UK universities, however, I would prefer Edinburgh. Moreover, unless you are interested in any particular features, academic or otherwise, of Leiden, Edinburgh, at least from my regional vantage point, might have an edge over Leiden in that it is better known internationally.

You need to think about what exactly you want to do after the degree. An LLM in Int'l law and a masters in Int'l business will be very different degrees. Do you have a law background?

Excellent. So you have a core understanding of the law and from your other post it seems you want to do int'l trade. I would still suggest the LLM if you want to work on the legal side. I know Edinburgh offers things such as int'l tax and investment, all which have trade implications, as well as private law and arbitration (also important for the realities of trade). There are also courses which could give you core understandings on int'l law if you didn't have more than a basic course in law school. However, if you are less interested in the legal side then a business course might be for you. I wish you luck with your decision!
