I must be honest and frank to you that GDL by distance learning does not worth your useful time and money in these challenging times. You may choose to do it for the name sake. Period!
Find a University or proper College for a one year intensive program leading to an award of GDL if you can't do a Qualifying Law Degree - LLB (Hons)! This sounds harsh but will help if you take it.

What is the easiest way for me to qualify in England? I have a russian diploma, LLM from Queen Mary and now work as a juniour associate in a russian lawfirm in Moscow.

You're talking about quite different legal systems! Have you thought about registering as a foreign lawyer in the UK? I confess I don't know much about it as I'm E&W qualified already.

To re-qualify, you'd normally do the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme exams (it used to be the QLTT). I've a colleage doing this from South Africa, and it looks like a lot of work. Fortunately, we're sponsoring her - you're probably looking at £5k at least in exams / tuition / admin fees.

Otherwise, I think you'll need to go through the normal steps - i.e. a qualifying law degree (or GDL), the LPC and a training contract.
