Hi everyone!

I'm finishing my LLB studies this year in law and i'm thinking of doing a LLM in the UK.

Thing is, i'm torn on what to choose as a field of studies..i've always wanted to work for the European Union so initially i oriented myself into studying European Law, taking into consideration the impact of European law into national law and state policy making. Still, i realised over the last year that i don't need to study European law to work for the EU and that i actually want to do something more tangible or even have an alternative in case things don't turn out the way i want.

So, i am quite attracted by the idea of pursuing a career as a corporate lawyer. I come from a small country (Greece) where salaries are extremely low, rates of unemployment are extremely high, so, i'm tempted into working and living abroad! Plus, i love London!

Still, is it too specialized compared to commercial or business law? and plus, besides from working in firms are there any other perspectives after having studied corporate law?

Last, i hear that LSE has one of the best LLM in corporate and commercial law, followed by UCL and King's. Is that true?

Thanx for any answers!
