I was sent a mail to apply for the commonwealth shared scholarship and I did apply by the 16th. However, my Agency Input hasn't been filled yet. This probably means that I've been rejected right, or is there still a chance I'll be nominated?

It appears im also a reserve candidate given that Sue Osterfield filled my form but it is still at nominating agency 1 , who knows how many reserve candidates there are?
