I had no news from the Trust yet...
Btw did you ever receive any e-mail from them saying that you were at least being considered for the scholarships or something?

I was checking the Trust website and found out that we can see the successful applicants here (they will also receive an e-mail): https://www.cambridgetrust.org/scholars/awards/?page=5
It also says that "The awards process is undertaken on a rolling basis which continues until at least the end of July, so if a name is not shown in the list, please assume that application is still under consideration", so we should be hopeful.

Majority of the LLM scholarship awards will be made towards end of this month, latest by next week. I am in regular contact with one of the the staff. I was shortlisted as a reserve candidate for a particular scholarship and the said officer has been updating me on every development. Please note that some awards have been made already and successful candidates notified accordingly.

Do you have any updates on the Commonwealth Shared scholarship timeline? Have those awards been made?

The names of the awardees of the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship will be announced latest next week Tuesday based on the available information. If you have been nominated you are almost 100% sure of being awarded.
I was nominated as a reserve candidate. However, that may not be necessary again. I have been given another full scholarship. The e-mail came shortly after my earlier comments.
I will be eternally grateful to the University of Cambridge.
Good luck to those who are still waiting.

Any idea by when would we be allowed to avail the accommodation?
I hope we'll be allowed to check in at least a week before.

I don't think is has been awarded. I have not bothered myself sending Carmen an email. But since you were nominated as one of he main candiates, you will definitely get. I want to believe that you submitted your test of English scores. That is what commonwealth wants to see. You will get it just relax.

Hey guys!
I have a question concerning the maintenance costs at Cambridge. According to the university, we will spend at least around 10000 pounds for the whole LLM period, including accommodation etc. Do you have any information if this is really enough? I think it's quite a lot not to be enough.
And also: do you have any information regarding health insurance? Where to get, etc.?
Thanks a lot :)

Hey, from what I have been reading up 10000 pounds should be enough for the 9 month period that we are there. This is amount seems to be for a basic living style with occasional fine dining and partying expenses.
No idea about the health insurance though

Hello!
For those of you who have academic conditions attached to your offers, how did you send your documents? On top of the page on the self-service account it says "To meet these conditions please upload the relevant documentation against the document type requested in the condition."
However, when reading the pdf guide Your Offer and Its Conditions, it seems that all documentation need to be sent by post.
How did you submit them, did you upload your academic transcripts required for meeting the academic condition on the self-service account?
Many thanks!
