Same here. I would not stress. The decisions are supposed to be made by March 1st. However, they have said that there may be a delay in communication - i.e. before you actually receive an email or before your status changes on your applicant portal.

Am still under review too. I also highly doubt I will get an offer, but it is weird that some people have received a rejection already…

So do you guys think there is still a chance to move to dp from this point on? Or are we all under review just gonna be rejected but they do that manually and need more time? 

Quite frankly nobody can know for sure. But I really would not dwell on these "signs" too much. It is the same as with Oxford's magic button. One or the other do not mean much. And the theories that these signs are determinative have been largely disproven. So until you receive a rejection there is still a chance.

I am sorry but just wanna confirm is DP stage - "Decision Pending - Your application is currently under review". Has the department made the decision? Is it at PAO stage? So confusing.

Are people receiving offers after this stage only?
Because I am checking the portal like anything and it has been at this stage since early or mid Feb!

nah, I don't think they work during the weekend

I've sent them an email to ask what's going on for all the people still under review even though it has been 12 weeks since the deadline, will update probably by Wednesday next week.
