Just wondering have any Irish applicants received an update yet? Have not graduated and still "awaiting consideration by department". Hope after the meeting today there might be a bulk of offers this afternoon or tomorrow to put everyone out of this wait.

Some Irish offers have gone out. As to how many, or whether both graduate and undergraduate, I'm not sure.

Does anybody know how long it took until the offer was made after the status had changed?

About 3 days, but I don't imagine that could be applied as a rule of thumb. Each application is probably different, and times may vary.

There is certainly plenty of time left for offers to arrive, particularly with the Board meeting today.

My camsis status just changed to "Awaiting decision by the Board of Graduate Studies".

It seems like Asia might be the next region.

Could those of you who haven't made the cut please share a little bit about their feelings now?

Is it anger?

Envy?

Self-hatred?

The feeling that you just plain weren't good enough for Cambridge?

Or nothing but sadness?

Please tell us.

My only feeling right now is how on earth you ended up here. I am sad that you rejoice because of someone else's misery and their tension. I am sad that you behave like this. It is just disturbing.

Hi Guys,

In case any of you are nervously waiting it won't be much longer if you are in Aust/NZ. I got my offer on 5 March 2014.

Best of Luck

Congrats. From hk as well and still waiting for mine, looks unlikely.

@ Mark W: Could you please confirm that you got rejected after all?

Would be quite useful for statistical purposes as you were this year's thread opener (who typically get rejected at Cambridge).

Thanks.

No, I didn't get rejected yet. But then again, I don't think anyone has been rejected yet, have they? If what you mean is 'do you have an offer yet?', then the answer is 'no'.

I will be sure to keep you updated.

I am from Asia but studying in the UK.
My status has not changed.

Internal Cambridge applicants have offers. Those with UK degrees who have already graduated have offers. I know people in both categories.

I'm not sure if any 'current undergrad applicants studying in the UK but not at Cambridge' have offers. A number posted yesterday all saying that they were 'awaiting consideration', as am I.

My status has just changed to "Awaiting decision by the Board of Graduate Studies".

And yes, the comment under that is: "The degree committee is satisfied with your application. However, your offer has not yet been approved." (I didn't believe they would use this wording, but now I do.)

So, it seems that today they send out European offers...
