My second preferred college turned to unsuccessful this morning on the self-service account. I wonder where I'll end up now...

I'm in the same boat, and all I can gather is that we'll definitely end up in one of the four mature colleges.

pm'ed you

I received an email today from Luisa for the Gates Cambridge scholarship but l haven't received any correspondence for my MCL application. My applicant portal still says under department review.

Is it likely that Gates Cambridge considers our applications after we receive program offers? I thought it was the other way round.

I am also in the same situation. I am getting worried because it still reads under review by the department.

Hi! Trinity College was my first choice, but I haven't been allocated to any college yet. Were these results announced by email? Did you receive both offers at the same time (membership and scholarship)?

Where did you gather that? I see that all of the mature ones have applications and acceptences in balance according to the cambridge website – and should therefore be frequently selected by the system – but isn't that true for several others? (I see no reason why the colleges for graduates should be excluded, for example)

I could be wrong - but I read that all pooled mature applicants (i.e. all of us) get pooled automatically to the mature colleges. Cannot find source link, sorry!

I read this too actually, that mature colleges like St. Edmund's take in a disproportionately large number of LLM students.
